How to Order
Penelope's Garden offers personalized service to all website customers. We want to make sure the products you select will exceed your design expectations. That's why we believe personal contact is important and that we understand your specific needs.
You may contact one of design/sales consultants direct, 10:00am - 6:00pm MST Monday thru Sunday - closed national holidays. Or, you may submit your product selection through our online shopping list (no confidential information required). Our design/sales consultants will contact you by phone to discuss your selection and offer finish options and shipping times.
Pricing
Penelope's Garden offers designer direct pricing on all products which is substantially lower than suggested retail. We offer the best total value to be found anywhere. All fountains are shipped with a free recirculating pump.
Limited Warranty
All products are pre-tested and carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that you receive products of the highest standards. All products carry a limited warranty for manufacturing defects. Our design/sales consultants will be happy to explain replacement policies should the need occur.
Shipping
All products are shipped prepaid, either FedEx Ground or FedEx National (if palletizing is required). For curbside delivery, a signature is required. Our design/sales consultants will be happy to discuss other delivery options if necessary.
Customers are reminded to inspect all shipments carefully before acceptance. If you suspect damage of any kind, please note possible damage on delivery document before signing/accepting. If you see visible damage, reject shipment. Failure to note possible damage before acceptance may affect future damage claim.
Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Please retain all original packaging, cartons and/or crating until you have had sufficient time to carefully inspect purchase. Any authorized return for damaged product must be made in original cartons.
Our design/sales consultants will be happy to review shipping damage procedures prior to purchase.
